I'm excited to share their insights by leading a private online group through this 40-day journey (10-15 min/day). Since they're offering this program for free during the pandemic, there's no better time to do it!

Focusing on the good doesn’t usually come naturally to us. We’re wired to scan the world for danger, not for what we might appreciate. Tara Brach holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology and teaches meditation internationally. Founder and senior teacher of the Insight Meditation Community of Washington, DC (IMCW), Tara is the author of the bestselling Radical Acceptance and her latest book, Radical Compassion. Tara's weekly podcasts are downloaded over 3 million times each month.
Jack Kornfield has been teaching meditation globally since 1974 and is one of the key teachers to introduce mindfulness practices to the West. He is co-founder of the Insight Meditation Society in Barre, Massachusetts, and the Spirit Rock Center in Woodacre, California. His 16 books have sold 1.5 million copies. He holds a PhD in clinical psychology.
This 40-day course teaches concepts that can help you integrate mindfulness into your everyday life. Mindfulness Daily helps reduce stress, increase awareness, and improve overall well being in just less than 15 minutes a day.
In modern life, it’s easy to get distracted by a range of influences clamoring for our attention, making it easy to switch to autopilot or get overwhelmed. But there’s a way to approach these daily endeavors with mindful awareness that ultimately allows us to have a much richer experience of life.
Throughout this course, you’ll feel increasingly more present and attuned to your thoughts and emotions and with regular practice, face life’s challenges and pleasures with grace, strength, and perhaps most importantly, with more compassion towards ourselves and those around us.

To create this program, Tara and Jack distilled their extensive body of work into the 40 essential sessions that we all need and can benefit from the most. Each daily session brings you a brief talk followed by a short guided meditation which you can access online anytime.
We'll have a private online community group with the opportunity to check in, ask questions, share your experience, reflect, learn from others, support each other, keep ourselves on track throughout the 40 days, and have a community experience. We'll also include occasional mindfulness and meditation tips we've learned along the way. It will be casual, supportive, and fun!
